If less than 50 kgs., the price of 50 kgs will be applied. All above rates are subject to Handling Fee of P2.00/kilo, Valuation Charge 1%, 12% VAT.
  • All non-document shipments and collect shipments will fall under parcel and will be handled by Republic Parcel Specialists, Inc. (RPS)
  • Shipments outside OCS coverage area are subject to ACODA (Additional Charge Outside Delivery Area) at cost.
  • Crates may vary from small to large depending on the actual size of the shipments but charge to client.
  • Bubble plastic or cushion, carton boxes and other protection materials will be billed to the account of customers.
  • Chargeable weight is based on whichever is higher between actual weight or the volume weight.
  • Volumetric weight is computed in cm. using L x W x H / 3500.
  • Valuation Charge is not applicable to any shipment with less than P3,000 D.V.
  • Optional, All Marine Cargo Insurance: to the account of customer.
  • Minimum courier charges of P235.20 (12% VAT. Inclusive) will be imposed for Cash Pick-up.
  • For Cash account: No Payment, No Ship-out of courier.
  • Parcel/Cargo not claimed within 3 days will be subjected for storage fee of P1.00/kilo per day.
  • All discounts should be forwarded to the Admin and/or Accounting for approval.
  • Pick-up cargo that does not proceed for ship-out is subject to pick-up fee of P2.00/kilo.
  • To maintain charge account, shipper must have a monthly average transaction of P5,000.00.
  • Additional fees will be charged for transshipment via hub (LUZON; NCR; VISMIN).
  • If there is Parking Fee, bill to shipper. If there is Village Gate Pass Fee, charge to consignee.
Collect Shipment may be accepted with the following conditions:
  1. Attached shipper’s Guarantee Letter.
  2. Limited to regular or volume clients.
  3. Minimum Collections amount is P280.00 (12% VAT Inclusive)
  4. Plus: Collect Fee (10% of regular or cargo rate)
